Working together

Consultation: initial consulting and needs diagnosis are free of charge; POC, development, deployment and other formal services are subject to contract.

Intellectual property: ownership of project deliverables is as agreed in the contract; we retain rights to generic components, toolchains and our pre-existing frameworks.

Confidentiality: both parties owe a duty of confidentiality regarding business information and data learned during cooperation.

Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee the absolute timeliness or completeness of website information. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures or other causes beyond our control.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, either party may bring action before a people's court with jurisdiction at our location.
